In conjunction with the VISX laser, we use the Wavefront Analyser. This diagnostic tool allows us to plan and tailor the best laser treatment for each of your eyes, and is termed 'CustomVue'

An array of light is directed into your eye, which travels along the optical axis to the back of the eye. By measuring the reflected light from the retina, we can identify the imperfections in your vision that are unique to you (rather like a fingerprint). We then take this information and create an individual Wavefront treatment for each of your eyes.

For patients it offers the chance to not only say goodbye to glasses and contact lenses, but to improve the quality of your vision, particularly at night.

LDV Femtosecond Laser system is the second generation of lasers which create the LASIK flap on the front surface of the cornea.
